Our returns policy

Crafty Divas complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL.

We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including where you ordered an incorrect product or quantity, found an item cheaper elsewhere, or no longer want the item. Gift cards and vouchers cannot be returned for change of mind.

Faulty, defective or incorrect products

If an item is faulty, defective, not fit for purpose, significantly different from its description, or otherwise does not meet the consumer guarantees under the ACL, please contact us as soon as possible.

Depending on the issue and whether it is a major or minor failure, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

We may assess the item before deciding on the appropriate remedy.

How to make a return claim

Before sending an item back, please contact us with:

• Your order number or other proof of purchase

• A description of the issue

• Photographs, where helpful

Please do not send an item to the manufacturer unless we ask you to do so.

Return postage costs

If we confirm that an item has a fault or does not meet the consumer guarantees, Crafty Divas will reimburse reasonable return postage costs. Please keep your postage receipt.

If an item is large, heavy or cannot reasonably be returned by post, contact us before arranging transport so we can agree on an appropriate return method.

Manufacturer warranties

Some products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. We can assist with a warranty claim where applicable. A manufacturer’s warranty is in addition to, and does not replace or limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds and replacements

Where a refund is appropriate, it will be returned to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. If a replacement is appropriate, we will discuss availability and delivery arrangements with you.

Crafty Divas accepts returns for defective or faulty products only. We do not accept returns for change of mind, ordering the wrong product, or incorrect quantity. 

For goods that are under warranty, the items must be returned to us within 14 days of a claim. We can not be responsible for goods that are returned to us outside of the warranty period. 

Please note, that commercial or business use of products that have a manufacturer's warranty will void the warranty. Please call the office to discuss all warranty claims or for more information regarding this.

All items returned are subject to individual inspection. Any item found not to be our product or not showing a manufacturing defect will not be allowed.

The customer is responsible for the return of goods back to us, including any costs incurred (with the exception of faulty or goods still under warranty) in the return of such goods. Crafty Divas can not accept any liability for damage or loss of goods returned to us whilst in transit. Any returns arriving COD or collect will be refused.
