Crafty Divas Returns Policy

At Crafty Divas, our refund policy is guided by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the guidelines set by the ACCC. This applies to all customers, including those overseas.

Return Window Products in new condition can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns are accepted by mail — please contact us before sending any item back.

Faulty or Defective Products Crafty Divas accepts returns for products that are defective, faulty, or not fit for purpose as per your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Reimbursement: If a product is deemed faulty or not fit for purpose under ACL, Crafty Divas will reimburse you for reasonable return shipping costs. Please retain your postage receipt as proof of expenditure.

Process: When making a return claim, please provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt).

Warranty Claims For goods under an express manufacturer's warranty, items must be returned to us within 30 days of a claim being made. Note that your rights under the ACL for faulty products apply independently of any express warranty and for a reasonable period based on the product's nature.

Exclusions (Change of Mind) In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we do not accept returns for:
