How To Use: Measure and cut the desired amount of paper. Apply Decoupage Gel to the prepared surface. Set paper on top and smooth with a Scraper Tool or Brayer. Allow to dry fully before applying a second coat of Decoupage Gel as a sealant. Suitable for walls, furniture, and other decor surfaces.
